Focus on the Mind

 





Like Body is what Mind is..


We are still living in a material bound world and all our conditioning in the Society, Educational and even in families, the focus is into the material aspects.

The lack of attention to the mind and the inner space of a human being, and nurturing it the same way as we nurture the body is very much important.

Of course we have the spiritual scriptures and religions created in this dimension. But these has not taken many to the right direction of how to lead a fruitful life.

Body Senses

We all know that we have 5 body senses. Sense to Touch, Smell, Hear, See and Taste. 

If the above mentioned are the primary functions of body, the mind is also having its own activities, that we use in our daily lives.

Mind Activities

The mind activities includes:

  1.     Thinking
  2.     Emotions (Anger, Love, Compassion, Empathy, Sympathy, Fear)
  3.     Awareness
All the above mind activities has its link to the body.
Hence the Source of the healthy state of the body is from within.
